Shipping
Packing, storage and shipment operations further employ specialized checks to ensure quality. Finished goods are boxed and clearly labeled. Our PC guided Zebra Model 160 S labeling machine produces shipping carton labels that can be formatted to individual customer requirements and can print bar-coded information.
Ten percent of the boxed finished product is visually inspected for overall appearance. If any discrepancies are found, each carton is checked. Opened boxes are resealed with inspection tape to identify those which have been checked.
Security Practices
A controlled entry system allows access to our manufacturing facility only during designated times throughout the day.A visitor identification procedure is in place and all administrative computers are timed-out and password protected.
Secure Storage
Secure storage is available when inventory is maintained for our customers, or for storage of unused product waiting to be destroyed using our on-site shredder.
