Our objective is to satisfy our customers’ on demand short-run needs, as well as providing flexible capacity for long runs and inventory management as required.
Through depth of capacity,we’ve developed a shortened response time so that our customers’ needs are met.We have improved on and shortened makeready and changeover times, with the objective of providing customers with flexible Just-In-Time (JIT) service of shorter runs at volume costs.
Through controlled growth, Ingersoll Paper Box has ensured we have the ability to more than double production as required. Ongoing training and cross training programs guarantee staff is ready to provide additional shifts and enables rapid utilization of new equipment and technologies. We run eight, ten hour shifts, four days per week and are able to add shifts as required.
