Printing
Our ManRoland 40" 6 colour printing press comes fully equipped with the latest technology in makeready reduction enhancements.Also included in our printing department is a 6 colour KBA Planeta. Both presses offer high gloss aqueous coating capabilities. Our experienced, quality conscious operators are committed to continuous improvement through participation in GATF (Graphics Arts Technical Foundation) courses.
Diecutting
As a job moves through to die-cutting and finishing, UPC’s are confirmed at each work station and all job order information is double-checked by an experienced operator. Different coloured skid tags are used to identify product and ensure like-product segregation. Our diecutting department consists of three Bobst diecutters with pre-makeready and auto stripping capabilities. Laser cut dies and counter plates are used for accuracy and consistency. Custom embossing is also available.
Finishing
Our Bobst Alpina and Media high-speed gluers are equipped with the latest in quality control equipment including product verification code readers, non-conforming product ejection systems, print to cut register and upper and lower glue-line detection capabilities.As each job is completed, a line clearance ensures no product from a previous run remains. Our Finishing Department also offers cello-window and security tag application.
